Returns

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item.

We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost 💛

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing


Shipping costs are non-refundable


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office.
